Concerning all the different exchanges sent last weekend.

I was delighted at seeing all the new calls, but I agree with others
that some of the "newbies" need an education.

Of course, Don's site has one, but I was thinking more of something
which would reach more amateurs. Maybe a tutorial in QST. ( gotta keep
the subject to RTTY ):> )
