Google around. There are lots of filter programs out there. I was
able to convert an old CT bin file to ADIF the other day for
importation into DX Lab Suite - no sweat. If that other program had a
following, there is probably someone who has written a script to do
the conversion.
Another thing to consider is a multi-hop conversion. Old program ->
Some other program format -> ADIF.
