Updates to the RTTY WAS web page are on hiatus while I find a way to
integrate a database into it:

This will allow people to see their changes as soon as they are entered.
I have a small test case but need to do some more work.
Rest assured, for anyone who has sent me information, it will all
show up (you won't have to resubmit anything).
