[RTTY] Writelog & ANARTS

Hi all,

If you are using the latest version of WL, then it looks as though you need
to re-install the ANARTS Cabrillo fix.

I've just given up after 13 hours of sporadic playing, as conditions are
just too poor.
Despite that, there was some nice DX about, and I also spent a while calling
3B7SP on 17m, with no luck, but did bag them on 30m RTTY.

I will post my score tomorrow.
