Be careful when you call this next shack "permanent"! My grandmother from the 
old country (Ukraine) would say that is tempting the evil eye! There is a 4 
word proverb (actually it was more of a warning) she liked to use for 
situations like that and as a Katrina survivor I am sure you can appreciate it, 
"Man plans, God laughs"
