WAS SPOTTING/SCHEDULING WEB PAGE. Andy, K3UK, has added an interesting
Web site for individuals who are trying to earn their WAS. The Web site
is called "The K3UK Worked All States Interactive Sked Page". The site
is used for arranging QSOs for WAS . Andy states, "Feel free to post
your operating frequency or the state you are looking for. Any modes,
