Can someone help me better understand the 1/8" RTTY jack on the back of the 706 and 7000? Looking at the manual; the tip is for FSKK, the ring is labeled SEND, and the collar is GND. I don't understand what the SEND is. Is this the same as PTT? I normally use simple transistor circuits for my interfaces. I presume FSKK would go to my FSK interface, would this SEND/GND be my PTT circuit? Thanks - JT _______________________________________________ RTTY mailing list RTTY@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/rtty |
