I did not receive mine either. But two weeks ago I
sent an e-mail to the QSL Manager.
He replied that all direct request were sent out.
He said that he did not receive mine.
He also said he would sent one out for me. I have not
received it yet. I did sent another card with $$
about 10 days ago.
Hopefully the card or LOTW credit will arrive soon.
