An interesting discussion and, apparently, quite a move
afoot to get RSQ established!
I see no purpose for it in RTTY. And, as far as BPSK31 goes,
many who are using that mode do not realize that too much
gain from the sound device into the software also causes
incorrect IMD readouts (the Q of RSQ). So I suspect RSQ is
NOT going to be very useful in any of the digital modes and
especially not for RTTY.
