I noticed the following on the AR-Cluster this morning

and wondered what was a tocilo?

Ken, KM5R, provided.... According to (http://www.proz.com/kudoz/1485658), it
is Serbian for "slipstone", a "small whetstone that is rounded or tapered".
So, I think he's saying that BA8AG is as deaf as a rock.
