[RTTY] Thanks on ICE419, Dunestar power ratings (they're ok)

consensus is 100 watts in a rtty contest, with reasonable VSWR is fine 
with both the Dunestar and ICE 419 filter boxes

thanks to the several folks who helped out on this.  I'll use them with
confidence in the contest (if I can figure out the software!)
