[RTTY] Is CabrilloTools still supported?

I sent an email to support earlier this week and no repsonse.  In case 
anyone here has an idea:
I installed CabrilloTools on a new computer (WinXP) and when I try to 
run it I get an error box saying "Unable to start application - the Java 
Virtual Machine cannot be loaded."
