Haven't really figured out a good reason for the Diddle Wait yet, it just
slows the diddles down when not sending text. The Character wait basically
affects the send buffer size. Not only does it sound slower, it actually
is. Slow it down by changing the slider and in keyboarding, you'll see that
you'll easily type ahead of the buffer. Guess it's a way of slowing down
the transmission for that reason, in keyboarding. In canned messages
though, makes no sense.

Of course, this doesn't offer a reason why or how it gets changed, maybe by
accident?
