[RTTY] WAS update

Well thanks to Jim K0XU (NE) who reminded me that I worked him on 2-23-08 on
40 RTTY in the NAQP contest I looked in my log and found DE, IL, IN, KY, ME,
MI & WV.  I was doing paper logging in that contest before I purchased
Writelog.  Also thanks to Jim WB5AAA (AR) for finding me on 40 RTTY tonight
for #35.

 

Now I only need MO, MT (W7LR you're next), NV, OK, SC, VT & WI.
