Hi all,
For me, the contest seemed to start slow, and I found it hard to get a run
going at all, so spent more time in S&P mode. Due to previous commitments, I
was not able to operate late in the evening, so finished quite early.
I didn't manage to get out of bed till around 0700UTC, and had a quick go on
40m and worked some new countries, so that was fine. 20m was OK, but I
checked 10m, and found there was plenty of activity, so I spent some time
calling CQ there, and had a nice pile-up for a while.
I then went to 15m, and also got a nice run going, and finished off the
contest with yet another good run on 20m.
I did have a few battles with stations deciding to call CQ on top of me, and
some just calling me, and then not answering, only to call me again when I
called someone else.
And I wish some folk would wait until a QSO is finished before they call!
Some very short skip made working DX difficult, so I only managed 9 call
areas on 20m, and none anywhere else!
GI on 15m is not usual at all from here, but most welcome!
Nice to see so many new calls around too. I got very confused when I was
called by HB0CC, and thought at first it must be HB9CC, but it was HB0CC.
Also a great pleasure to work so many of you that I met last week in
Friedrichshafen!
Here is my claimed score:

This is my best ever score in this contest, mainly due to 10 and 15m being
open so well.
My log is already on LoTW, but paper cards are always welcomed.
