[RTTY] Call/State "SCP" database?

Is there some software out there that pre-fills states in CQWW, even 
when the station hasn't been worked before?  I got several long pauses 
with people copying my exchange.  It seemed like they had to change the 
pre-filled "MA" state to "CO" in their log.  Sometimes the software is 
being told to do TOO MUCH!
