[RTTY] JARTS

When I click on the rules link for the JARTS contest it translates to
invalid URL.

Anybody know where the rules are on the web or where to send in a log?

I operated some in this contest last year, made 400 some odd contacts,
pretty simple exchange.  Do not remember much more than that.
