I and many others have received RTTY WAS using only LoTW confirmations, so it
CAN be done.

I have WG7Y (2000-2007), KD7RX (2002), AB1HZ (2004) and WY7LL (2004) all
confirmed on LoTW from Wyoming.

Hello David,

I have never managed to get any LOTW confirmations for Wyoming, but have
worked WG7Y and KE7NT from that State. I did get direct cards OK from both.

I could also do with Montana on LoTW, just to complete 15m & 20m WAS via
LoTW.

Having worked both WY and MT, I found the hardest State to actually get a
confirmation for was Delaware!
Despite having numerous contacts with that State, and many direct QSL's, I
only ended up with one single card returned!

73 all
