You had to request the QSL via their online system for a quick response.
They requested that it be done this way and committed to respond within a
month.
They did ask for a minimum contribution to cover costs, but it was about the
cost of sending a direct QSL with postage. I sent a bit more since I was so
happy with their operation.

Apparently they have only uploaded logs for contributing stations. I
have seven QSOs with them but nothing confirmed in LoTW.
