[RTTY] HAL DXP38 question

Greetings to all, question for HAL users, using the DXP38 and haven't done a
thing to it.  When I try to key up, it just keys, click, keys, click.
Reloaded the HAL software and it does the same thing.  This is just using
the HAL software alone without anything else.  Is there a reset for this
