When you create your Triple Play award account,
Did you put the filter (rules) on your time range?
I did like this: beginning 01-01-2008 and ending (I think) 12-31-2019.
(So far I got 8 States confirmed, no errors.)
Or, maybe your certificate is expired, please check.
