I did that and when I got a confirmation back and it accepted this time and it 
put back in Location: Indiana  IN

John, remove the line in your Cabrillo log that says

LOCATION: USA

That is what the error message from the robot is about.

The line in your log with

ARRL-SECTION: IN

should already be sufficient for the robot to know you are in the USA/ 
Canada.

My header for the Roundup is very simple and says (you don't really  
need anything else):

> START-OF-LOG: 2.0
> CALLSIGN: W7AY
> CONTEST: ARRL-RTTY
> CATEGORY: SINGLE-OP ALL LOW
> NAME: Kok Chen
> ADDRESS: 9015 NW Skyline Blvd
> ADDRESS: Portland OR 97231-2623
