Hello to the group,
I recently purchased an FT-897D and wanted to try it on RTTY, so turning in
the manual to page 38, the instructions are to 'press and hold the 'f' key
for one second and rotate the MEM/VFO knob to select No-038 (DIG MODE) '.
Sheesh...as I rotate the knob, it jumps from No-35 directly to No-41,
bypassing 36 thru 40.
Any Yaesu gurus out there? I am very new to this menu stuff on radios...
I need an Elmer.
