Actually, the CQ contest web sites have been this way since K5ZD set them up
a couple years ago. CQ has nothing to do with the CQ contest web sites.
There is a row of links to all CQ contest web sites in the upper right
corner of every CQ contest web site. The issue still remains that the CQ
home site doesn't link well into these independently maintained CQ contest
web sites. That's what confuses and troubles people at times. I'm working
with CQ to improve those linkages.
