Dick knows very well the reasons. In December 2006 (notice the year),

Since he might not have time to find a substitute program (I told him
to use N1MM), I decided to let Dick use cocoaModem in the 2007
Roundup. However, he has continued to flaunt this contract, and often
in my face by posting his contest activities on forums and reflectors
that I read.
