I personally don't think calling CQ on RTTY during non-contest times
is productive.  Regardless, I thought there was a WAS RTTY net at one
point.  I'm sure the TPA guys would like one.

NAQP this summer will be a good opportunity, as will CQWW RTTY in September.

I'll even bet if you list your needed states here, someone will offer
to hook up with you.
