[RTTY] re : missed states and provinces in RU

Hi,

to my surprise I have been called by 4U1WB from DC on 40m.

I missed ND ( couldn't penetrate te wall uf US stations

when calling  W0TUP ). Missed much more fom VE however, ending

with total of 56 states/prov. It is not that easy from Central Europe :-).
