[RTTY] DL-DX Cabrillo Format for PSK31 and PSK63

The DL-DX RTTY contest allows both PSK31 and PSK63; however, the
Cabrillo examples only show RY as the mode.

I could not find a Cabrillo format for PSK31 and PSK63 and wonder if these
QSO¹s should just be logged as RY?
