[RTTY] NAQP RTTY Log Submission

The deadline, for log submission, is near. If you're not sure that your log has 
been received, 
http://www.ncjweb.com/rttynaqplogs.php   will let you know. If you used
http://www.ncjweb.com/naqplogsubmit.php  you should have received an immediate 
confirmation. Those that used  rttynaqp@ncjweb.com   for email submission, will 
receive a "manual" confirmation, when WA7BNM starts the process.
