Yeah, that is weird.  I listened just now 0400 and no RTTY signals on 20 but 
the PSK signals on .070 are S-9.  Sounds like the band is open but there's 
nobody home.  73

Same here, awful. The JAs usually roll in S9+ but today on 20 I have
to fight for every one - many many repeats. Will QRT for now and try
low bands later tonight.
