Bruce doesn't "control" contest weekends, but he is the CW/SSB NAQP contest
manager. As such, he is a reasonable person to approach about swapping the
CW and SSB weekends. However, I've already passed along the suggestion from
this thread to Bruce and the NCJ contest management team.
