  According to Bernie, W3UR, the Laotian government has issued a ham call
  without any numbers in it - XWPA. Supposedly it is good for all ham
  bands and modes for one year. He'll be running 250 watts.

  Bernie didn't mention RTTY specifically, but we can hope.
