[RTTY] MMTTY

Hi Guys
I downloaded  AA6YQ and installed it into the MMTTY directory
names it USERPARA.ini  it shows as a 13 kb file
renamed the old INI file however I cannot see any change in the waterfall
when I change the filters even when I use the 23 Hz filter
I have been switching between them
what am I doing wrong ???? ??
