[RTTY] 30M commercial RTTY station

Hi,
 
At the bottom of the 30M band, at 10101.02 KHz, shift = 425 Hz, there is a  
commercial RTTY station which I can hear almost 24/7.  I've never been able 
 to decode it.  Does anyone know its QTH?  It would be useful as a  beacon 
if I knew where it was coming from.
