| In the CW and SSB Sprints, we all get along fine without sending QSY. TU, R or E^E have worked great for years now. Why does RTTY have to be different? I suppose there's no harm in sending QSY in place of TU or R, but no more than 2-3 characters need to be sent by the exiting station to acknowledge the QSO (i.e., TU, RR, QSY, ...).
