I also just read the news on the ARRL website. Very sad to hear the
news. I was fortunate to work James a couple of times while he was in
Afghanistan, also my only T6 Contacts on RTTY. Mike (W0MU) I wish
your son a speedy and safe tour, I have completed 2 tours in
Afghanistan so I know what your son will be going thru. My
condolences go out to the McLaughlin family and wish his son a safe tour.
