[RTTY] Interstate 71 Status for Dayton Travelers

A while back there was a posting on the reflector regarding traffic issues
on I71 in Kentucky, a popular route from the south to Dayton.  I drove
through there last Monday and this Friday.  There was no delay what so ever,
however the road is in horrible condition.
