[RTTY] MixW DLL File for Aegean RTTY Contest

Tom,

I doubt if MixW will have a module for the new contest.  I asked Don Hill, 
AA5AU if Writelog had one and he said it didn't.  But, he said I could use 
the CQ WW WPX module.  It will not score the contest correctly, but when you 
send in your cabrillo file the robot should score your info correctly. 
Since this is a new contest, it may take a while before a module is 
available.
