Personally I run FSK on the TS950SDX/TS940s here.
I run HAL PCI3000 cards which output FSK.
I also use a Rigblaster Pro which has an FSK out.
With That I run MMTTY along with EXTFSK.
Depending on your setup your mileage may vary, For a good explanation of
FSK take a look at Don, AA5AU's sites.
