A few weeks ago I had a near lightning strike that disabled my YAESU Mark-5
radio. Had it fixed by Byron Campbell and got it back last Saturday.
Everything was working before it was damaged. Now I have a RTTY problem.
Equip. = Mark-5 Field, Signalink USB, Win. XP Prof., MMTTY and N1MM program
with MMTTY engine.
I am not using any CAT control, no band map or telnet functions. CW works
ok TX and RX. RTTY MMTTY keys the radio as I see power out and so I must be
transmitting, but no copy on receive. I am seeing the trash stuff, but no
print when I find a RTTY signal. There is nothing in the FFT display, no
twin elliptical and no twin peaks on receive and no waterfall. It does print
my macros and keys the rig when I send.
I have checked the rig menu and all ok. I have read the Signalink manual and
did the set up two times. MMTTY is set to the Signalink sound card.
Something has been changed and I have spent two days looking for the cure. I
will appreciate any and all suggestions as I don't know where to look next.
