[RTTY] HAL bought by VK company

I just went to the HAL Communications Corp website to get a link to their
DXP38 software and see that the company has been bought by Barrett
Communications Corp of Australia.

I recently downloaded the most recent version of DSPWIN, V3.10, and the
firmware r31.  The website doesn't have any downloads available though maybe
the new company will add those.

I can email copies of either file.
