[RTTY] RTTY So2r with N1MM and MK2R+

If you have experience using N1MM under the MK2R+, I would like to talk to hear 
about your configuration settings on the uRouter So2r configuration tab and the 
N1MM So2r related settings.

My configuration works pretty well but I am having a dropped PTT with the 
last-one-wins use which is proving a bit hard for me to track down fully.
