[RTTY] Windows 8 fix

I have finally gotten to like Windows8 (took a while) but there is one
minor annoyance remaining. For some reason, one can pin a program or a
folder to the start page, but not a file or an internet link. 

That has now been fixed with third party software:

Completely free and I highly recommend it.

Hopefully Microsoft will fix this omission before long, but for now 
Pin to 8 does the job.
