There is no violation if you are giving a QRV for yourself. That's how you
move multipliers in NAQP and all other contests.
But, giving a frequency of another station is providing assistance to
whoever you are working. Of course, if they didn't solicit the
"assistance", and they don't act on it, it is debatable as to whether that
taints their entry category..
