[RTTY] Cabrillo Format

I just got a confirmation on my log. What the robot used in the header and the 
header in the example Cabrillo template on the web site do not much. Of course 
the template is several years old. Anyone ever think of updating it ?

Just an observation. And this is not uncommon with other contests either.
