[RTTY] am I reading the Clipperton Frequency listing correct

On the TX5K site of Preferred Frequencies
I see no mention of frequencies except 30, 20, and 17

Does that mean they will NOT work rtty on the other bands.
I've been watching and not seen any cluster spots for rtty except those 
above mentioned 3 bands.
