I do eBay at work and we've got a 100% positive rating with over 2500 eBay
transactions.
It is something that you have to work at to keep it up. With the rule
changes there, now a seller has no recourse if a buyer screws them. A buyer
can leave negative feedback but the seller can't. There is no option for
that.
I've always been pretty fortunate with eBay transactions. I've purchased
all my RTTY interfaces and CAT cables off eBay and have been very pleased
with them. 73

Your statement doesn't ring true. I have had a couple of fraudulent issues
that PayPal resolved immediately in my favor.
I suspect you're one of those guys who tried to pull something shady and got
caught. Now you're PO'd because neither eBay nor PayPal will bail you out.
They are both reputable companies.
