Here's a work-around I use all the time. Download the free program called
PDF Creator. It creates a virtual printer on your computer. When you tell
the computer to print a page (of any kind) instead of printing it, PDF
Creator converts it to a .pdf file.
I use the free version at http://www.pdfcreator.com/
Sometimes it will change the layout a little, but it captures it all.
During the download, you have the option of downloading some other .pdf file
manipulators such as PDF Architect. I haven't needed them either, but feel
free to experiment.
Haven't needed the pro version yet.
