[RTTY] ADIF to Cabrillo for Ukr DX Classic RTTY Contest

Hello,

FYI to get a Cabrillo log file properly generated for the Ukrainian DX
Classic RTTY Contest from Writelog V11.11C you can use the SP7DQR ADIF to
Cabrillo S/W .  I had to adjust the "Serial received" field to "Other
field" checked, "Field name: APP_WRITELOG_RCVD", and "Use STATE as SRX"
unchecked.  With these modifications to the menu, magic happened, got all
the fields in the Cabrillo log file for submitting the log.
