[RTTY] Roy Davenpoprt G3IQI

I have the sad news that Roy Davenport G3IQI passed away last Thursday. It was 
very sudden but not totally unexpected.

Roy was a BARTG member and keen RTTY and AMTOR operator, most well known for 
the G3IQI terminal unit. He made a great contribution to the world of amateur 
radio and datacoms.
